I’m a New Yorker, born and raised.  The granddaughter of a New York deli owner, a long line of farmers and kosher butchers.  Pickles have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I’ve lived all over the world, and would miss the iconic taste of New York wherever I went. After settling in Toronto with my family I began experimenting and making pickles of my own, using tips and advice given to me from some of New York’s legendary pickle makers and produce from some of Ontario's most beautiful farms. Friends and family were wowed, and Mighty was born. 

Mighty brings back healthy, heritage recipes. Our pickles will transport you to the Lower East Side of Manhattan.  Using traditional recipes and fermentation techniques, we hand-make and hand-pack each pickle the same way New Yorker’s have done for over 100 years.  Our Haymaker’s Punch is based on a tonic used for centuries by farmers around the world during harvest season.

Our signature pickles, sauerkrauts and drinks are packed with probiotics, gluten free, additive free, raw, and vegan. They’re handmade with love by a bunch of really nice people. They are as good for your gut as they are on your palate.
